PREAMBLE

Pursuant to the letters patent incorporating the Georgian Bay Sailing Centre (GBSC), the purpose of this preamble is to specify its basic governing philosophy.

The primary objective of the GBSC is to train and educate all its members both men and women, regardless of social status or cultural origin, by learning about life at sea.
